Every marketplace wants something different
The same product needs different categories, required attributes, title rules and image specs on Amazon, Rakuten and Allegro. Fitting one channel gets you rejected by the next.
One Product Master → Multiple Marketplace Listings
Seoulique is not an agency that sells on your behalf. It is a Commerce OS you operate yourself. Enter a product once, and AI analyses it, builds the multilingual content, and — once you approve — converts it into each marketplace's format and creates the listing through their API.
Product data is never rebuilt per channel. Everything starts from a single Product Master and is converted into the format each marketplace demands.
You enter the product once. Seoulique publishes it to each marketplace.
The product is usually competitive already. The wall is always what comes next.
The same product needs different categories, required attributes, title rules and image specs on Amazon, Rakuten and Allegro. Fitting one channel gets you rejected by the next.
Machine-translated detail pages do not sell. Worse, a single non-compliant claim can take an entire listing down.
Selling price minus purchase price is not profit. Only after platform fees, duties, freight, FX, advertising and return rates do you see real contribution margin.
Changing a price means logging into seven sites. So does stock. So do orders. Every channel you add multiplies manual work, not capability.
The goal is not to display marketplace data. It is to call each marketplace's API and create a real product listing there.
Product data and supply terms go into Seoulique once. SKU, dimensions and barcode are generated, and the cost structure is set up automatically.
Tick where this product should go. Publish one product to many marketplaces, or to a specific few — the choice is per product.
Required attributes, categories, title rules, descriptions, image specs, variations, pricing, shipping and regulatory fields are converted into each marketplace's format. The Product Master itself is never modified.
Per-marketplace conversion status is shown before anything is sent. Problems surface before listing, not after a rejection.
Press [Publish] and each marketplace's API is called to create the actual listing. Nobody re-enters the same product on seven websites.
Success and failure are reported per marketplace. Only the failed ones are fixed and retried; listings that already succeeded are never created twice.
The screens above illustrate the intended behaviour. They are not the shipping product UI.
Missing Attribute: battery_type
Fix the Product Master → re-validate → resend to that marketplace only. That is the loop.
Two failures out of eight do not roll back the rest. Successful listings stay up; only the marketplaces that errored are reprocessed.
Each connects through its own adapter. The status shown below is the real development state, and it changes only when listing actually works.
Seoulique Commerce OS has completed its design and is in active development. None of the seven marketplaces above can create listings through their API yet. We would rather tell you that now than have you find out after we start working together.
Ask us about the development timelineA listing only becomes a business when price, stock, orders and settlement stay connected to every channel afterwards.
Change the price in Seoulique and it propagates through each marketplace API. No logging into seven sites. Per-marketplace target prices account for FX and platform fees.
Stock scattered across countries appears on one screen. Changes sync to each marketplace, and the system flags stockout risk and reorder points before they bite.
Orders from every marketplace are collected into the Seoulique Order Core. Shipping and returns run through the same flow.
Measured as contribution margin, not revenue. You can see which country, which marketplace and which SKU actually makes money — and reorder on that basis.
Seoulique does not own or operate marketplace accounts on your behalf. You connect the API permissions of the seller accounts you already hold, and Seoulique creates and updates listings strictly within that scope.
Seller accounts, storefronts and payouts all remain in your name. You can disconnect at any time.
API keys and secrets live in a dedicated secret manager, never in files or spreadsheets. The interface shows connection status only.
Price changes, purchase-order approvals, data edits and API calls are all recorded. Who changed what, and when, stays traceable.
What to sell, what to charge, when to reorder — all three are designed around a quantified basis.
Ten weighted criteria produce a verdict: STRATEGIC, APPROVED, TEST, HOLD or REJECT. The standard stays the same no matter who runs the review.
Purchase price, domestic China freight, international freight, duties, customs, local delivery, packaging, platform fees, fulfilment, advertising, expected returns and expected defects all feed contribution margin.
Certification, trademark and patent risk are screened at registration — not after a listing has already been pulled.
AI assists the judgement; it does not make it. Large purchase orders, major price moves, supplier changes and legal saleability are decided by people.
Certification, legal saleability, final judgement on patent infringement, large purchase orders, high-value refunds, major price changes and supplier changes. On these seven, a person is always accountable.
Joining during development means your real products and your real marketplace requirements shape the product. That is different from adopting something already finished.
You have a strong product but no overseas channel or language capability
You sell well at home but cross-border expansion has stalled
You hold supply chains in China or Southeast Asia
Not yet. Seoulique Commerce OS has finished its design and is in active development; no marketplace can create listings through its API at this point.
The status shown in the marketplace section is the real development state, and it changes when listing genuinely works. Early partners get connected in the order each channel becomes ready.
No. You are the seller. Seoulique is software you operate.
Your marketplace seller accounts stay in your name, and listing, pricing and stock operations happen only within the API permissions you grant. Payouts go to your accounts.
Most tools mean reading marketplace data or pulling in orders. The product itself still has to be typed into each site by a person.
What Seoulique is built for is completing the per-marketplace mapping and then calling each API to create the real listing. Price, stock and orders continue along the same path afterwards.
The whole batch is not rolled back. Listings that succeeded stay live, and only the marketplaces that errored are reprocessed.
Errors arrive with their cause. If Amazon JP is missing the battery_type attribute, you fix the Product Master, re-validate, and resend to that marketplace alone. Nothing already published gets duplicated.
No. Everything starts from a Korean master and is designed to pass four stages: localisation, terminology review, regulatory-claim review and final approval.
The regulatory stage matters most. Prohibited efficacy and safety claims differ by country, and missing one can take a listing down or put the account at risk.
API keys and secrets are held in a dedicated secret manager, never in files or spreadsheets. The interface shows connection status only; secret values are never displayed.
Price changes, purchase-order approvals, data edits and API calls are all logged. You can disconnect at any time.
A photo and the basic specifications are enough. We will come back with which markets look viable and what the landed cost and contribution margin are likely to be — and we will be straight with you about the development timeline.
